WIP Consults is operated by Chris Wipson. Chris studied entrepreneurship and non-profit management while being a member of the Golden Gopher Football Team in the early 2010s. Upon completion of his studies, he immediately began teaching business education to populations of youth in need of “trauma-informed” uplifting educational care. He also received his Master of Arts in Teaching with a Business Concentration.

Leaving the classroom during the COVID shutdown era, Chris continued to work with youth but went on to get a series 7 FINRA license and work for a large national brokerage firm. While quickly ascending the path to become a successful financial advisor, a much more dynamic opportunity appeared. Suddenly Chris became general manager of a growing Twin Cities, MN based general contractor. As a GM, Chris obsessed over two things: Owner Profitability (including risk management) and Employee Development/Satisfaction.

Today, through a partnership with “Lifetime Navigators” Chris brings that same obsession and drive to benefit businesses across the entire country through WIP Consulting Services LLC. WIP proudly promotes the Lifetime Navigators portfolio of world-class solutions along with his own passionate business educator style.

Outside of the business, Chris is blessed with a beautiful wife and ever growing array of children. He continues working with adolescents in recovery bringing passion for fishing and sports to recovery programs. Chris operates “Ready for the Day? Ministry” a Bible based discipleship organization, which has its own “ministry” tab on this website.
